My Love Bug -15 Months!

My little princess is 15 months! <------Say What?!?!? When in the world did that happen? I'm home with you all day, everyday, and it feels as if the days are long, but yet they are going so fast for you to be 15 months! Goodness! Slow down!

As each passing day, your are learning, growing, and changing oh so much! Its hard for me to tell it, but when I do look back at old photographs, I can't believe such things as you were so tiny, barely moving around. But having you at the stage you are at now, helps me keep some keen sense of sanity because I can hold a conversation with you, and boy do you speak back like you know what I'm saying as you agree, disagree, or simply your just arguing with me. Either way...I love it. :o) Happy 15 Months Livi Love!

Here is a picture of you EXACTLY one year ago today. :) Heheh so LITTLE! :)

Thanksgiving 2010 (:

Thanksgiving was pretty amazing this year. :) I must say because I truly had a lot to be thankful for.

1) My stunning boyfriend!

2) A gorgeous toddler girl!

3) A handsome baby boy!

4) My family.

5) Having a roof over our heads.

6) Food on our tables.

7) Good Health!

Overall for Thanksgiving, me and my family went down to my parents house and spent Thanksgiving Eve and Thanksgiving there. We had a chill time. I spent most of my time taking pictures and recording video footage of our day.

The weather was really nice for this time of year, so Aliviyah got to enjoy playing outside. She explored everything. As for Gregory, well he like being out there in the fresh air as well, but mostly stayed inside on my stepfather's lap and slept like a chill little guy. :o)

Thanksgiving evening we headed back home and me and Greg put up our Christmas tree. The babies both enjoyed it. Wondering what all the excitement was about, and all the lights and decor. Eeek I'm so excited to share all the wonderful moments with my family!

Hope your Thanksgiving was pretty amazing and you have lots to be thankful for too!

My Love Bug -14 Months!

My dearest Livi Love,

You are one incredibly smart toddler. You light up mine and your fathers world. The things you do whether it be good or bad, just cracks us up. Its so hard to discipline you at this age, because you 'think' everything is funny! We could say "NO Livi, don't touch that or you'll get a whoopin'." You respond back with this big grin on your face. And all we can do is laugh. Its still so hard to believe that you are 14 months already! I can see signs in you that you are almost ready to potty train. :) I can ask you if you need a diapy and you will smile and hit at your diaper. You have been off of your ba-ba for a month now, and doing so well. The binky is still in your possession, but I know that is slowly coming to an end, because you are starting to not need it to fall asleep or anything. You usually just s.uck on it for comfort.

Lately your favorite things to do is run around the house, yes...your walking has changed! Now, you don't have good coordination when it comes to running and seeing where you are going, so you tend to get a few bumps and bruises here and there, but that doesn't stop you!:) Also, anytime music comes on, you'll dance! Its the funniest thing watching you "fist pump" and bend your legs and move your body like you know what your doing. I sure do hope you have your daddy's moves though. I was told I have two left feet when I dance, LOL and I have yet to show your daddy. :)

Your vocabulary has picked up quite a bit. Here is a few words you know at this age:
cracker, cookie, cage, ball, yes, no, ma'am, mama, dada, daddy, mommy, Livi, ouch, uh huh, casa, cow, key, budda, eye, knee, nose. :) The list goes on though.
Oh and you have said your FIRST sentence! You can say "I did it!", or "I did that!" Also, you can say "Go get it."
When it comes to asking you where something is, you know what we are talking about. If I ask you where the door is, you will point to it. Where is Bubbie, and of course you know we are talking about your brother. Where is your belly? Button? Nose? Eye? Hair? Speaking of hair, you love to brush your own hair. =)

Anyways baby girl, I just wanted to let you know all the little things that I notice about you in this stage you are at. I love you always.

Love Mommy.

You are so sleepy here. I like this pic, because it reminds me so much of your daddy.

You are always getting into something. Miss Mischievous =}

The Flower and the Dinosaur!

So for Halloween 2010 I had a walking, talking, silly flower and a handsome, sleeping, baby dinosaur! :)

Check out the pics!

This flower does it all! I mean, she plays music, mows, and giggles! :)

This baby Dino is very harmless. Look at him sleep. :)

Gregory didn't care too much of what was going on. He was going through a growth spurt and slept most the day.

Aliviyah hated having the costume on! Lol. It was so much easier last year when she was teeny tiny. Since we didn't go trick-or-treating, (we did NOT need the candy) I decided to bake her some cookies, and called it fun for her and she loved them. She should have been the cookie monster instead!

Daddy carved their pumpkins and lit them up. Aliviyah enjoyed her second Halloween. :)

Here is a picture of Livi from her first Halloween of 2009. :)

And since, she was itty bitty in that picture and her costume was huge compared to her, I decided to let her put it on again this year to see the growth difference.

My Little Greggy - 3 Months!

My little prince turned 3 months! Oh my Gosh! It seems so unreal still. I mean I feel as if we JUST arrived at the hospital to have him. Time really does go by so fast and I just learned to take in every moment and savor every bit.

This post will be a little different as I'm going to write it for him as he would be reading it. :)

Hey my little guy. I love you so much, and every growing day you amaze me so much more. You are already in size 2 diapers and wearing 3-6 month clothing. You have some of the chunkiest thighs but they are so precious, me and your daddy like to squeeze em. Your hair is extra curly and growing! You have a gorgeous smile just like your sister. =) You love to be held and cuddled on, which I can't resist! You are SO interested in what your sister is doing and want to take part in (you watch her in amazement), but I guess you don't realize you can not walk or crawl or even sit up yet silly little man. :) Soon enough you'll be down on the floor playing with the millions of toys and boxes with your sister. :)
You are an amazing sleeper, and I can not complain. I must say though when we first brought you home, I was a little scared thinking "we aren't going to get much sleep, because you are a grunter, just like me when I was little." All that has changed and you barely grunt, and you sleep throughout the night. We co-sleep and you enjoy it. You like to be center of attention! You are starting to babble. The other day you and Livi had a conversation, it was soooo funny! She walked up to you and said stuff in "baby language" and you smiled and babbled back to her in your "baby language", then she exchanged smiles and she walked away. I don't know what you two said, but I know me and your daddy enjoyed the moments. :) You are awesome! I love you baby boy.
Love Always,
Mommy

UH-LIV-E-A!

This morning me and the babies have been up ever since daddy left for work. Aliviyah has been learning so much the past few days. Just yesterday daddy taught her to say nose and show us where our noses are. :) So all night and morning she has been pointing to my nose or Greggy's nose and says it. So your probably wondering why the post is titled "UH-LIV-E-A"...well that is because she can say her name! Now would you believe me if I told you that as soon as she said her name, her bubbie looked and her and smiled. :) TRUE FACT! Lol, of course its her way of saying it...so when I say "Aliviyah" she repeats after me and says "UH-LIV-E-A." And finishes it off with a huge smile of success! :)

Anyways...I'm about to get the kids ready for their check up appointment and shots... So I guess I'll leave this post with pictures of them happy, cause I know after they receive their shots, I'm doomed.

Where's Livi?

This picture cracks me up!

Pictures are worth more than a 1000 words! :)

So lately I have been really busy and haven't had much time to actually sit down and right a new post. Little Greggy is becoming more alert now and staying up for long periods of time and wanting so much attention. :) I don't mind that one bit. Then Livi Love wants to be chased around the house and all that good stuff, so that is what I do. I seriously enjoy every minute of it. The "toddler" stage she is at right now is super fun! She cracks me up so much, and I know she can't wait for the day her bubbie is able to join her. :) So I'm just gonna fill this post with a few pictures of my silly babies. Enjoy!

My Little Greggy - 2 Months!

So its been TWO months since I've had you. Sigh...Why won't time slow down just a bit? Anywho, as each day passes you get more and more handsome. :) Your starting to fill out and lose all the little wrinkles you were born with and gain some fat on your body. :) Yes, you've became quite the little chunkster. :) Your weighing in at around 14 pounds now. I'll know the accurate details at your 2 month appointment.

You have became more alert now, and your eyes follow every single move I make. No Joke! You love to be held, talked to, rocked, and just overall be loved on. You are just so sweet and full of smiles, that I yet to capture on my camera. And you always seem to smile at the correct times; for example, when me and your daddy will talk about what we think your gonna be when you grow up, you always have the biggest grin. I guess you do know what we're talking about. :)

Your sister just loves you so much. She will bring her musical toys over and play them for you and you just give her all sorts of smiles, and she then will lean in and give you tons of kisses. You two are going to be the best of friends. I know you both with gain up on mommy and daddy. I guess that means we must be prepared. :)

As I type this right now, your laying in my arms barely closing your eyes. But slowly your drifting off to dreamland. I guess I will rock you to sleep. I love you my little prince. Happy TWO Months of Life Little G Man <3

Love Always,
Mommy

Daddy had to prop you up in his computer chair so you could see me cook dinner.

Just hanging with your da-da.

This picture just makes me smile. :)

Happy FIRST Birthday to My Little Love Bug

A special little girl turned ONE today! I can not believe it! Did a year really go by that fast? It was one of the BEST years in my life so far, and I know it can only continue to be great.

I still can't get over how my little love bug went from being 7 pounds 1 ounce and 19 3/4 inches long to now being 22 pounds and 2 ounces and super long. Not for sure on the height just yet... We will be going to her 1 year check up soon, which I dread because of those shots they will give her. :( *tear*

I remember the day so perfectly and I pray I never lose that memory of how my baby girl made her debut into the world. Here is the story: (Pre-Warning....TMI)
"It all started on Monday 9*21*09, I wasn`t feeling good, so me and daddy went to the hospital. They hooked me to the monitor, checked my cervix and I was completely closed, baby still high up but 50% effaced. I was a little sad, cause due date was right around the corner and I wasn`t making progress. So me and daddy come home and do the *nasty* =] and we went and walked on the treadmill for a mile. Then on Tuesday, I woke cramped on and off all day, wasn`t thinking anything of it, due to me having sex the night before. Well me and daddy wanted to make things happen, so we did the *nasty* again, and went and walked for a mile and half on the treadmill. I got in the bed at 9 p.m. and daddy was on the floor playing his xbox, and I sat there watching him and talking to a few of my friends here on IAP. =] At 12 a.m. I noticed I was getting these cramps again (not painful what soever) and they had a pattern. So I went to contraction master.com and timed them..and they were coming sporadically but still with a pattern of no less than 7 mins apart. I told daddy and he was like lets go to the hospital and I told him no, they don`t hurt and I don`t want to go and get sent back home like we did yesterday. He said well if they keep going for two hours we are going. I said fine. Well at 2 a.m. they were every 5 mins...Still not painful and we started towards the hospital. When we get there they hook me up, check my cervix and I was already 4-5 cm dilated at 75% effaced! WE were SHOCKED! Greg was like its really happening!!! They called my dr. and he said if I haven`t made any progress by 6a.m. to start the pitocin. Well it seems like everyone was having their babies that night, (it was so full, I`ll tell you later on that) but they came in and checked my cervix and 7 a.m. and I was still at 5 cm. So they started the pitocin, asked me if I wanted the epidural and I said no, I`m doing good. The nurses and all were impressed cause I talked through all my contractions. At 9:30 a.m. the nurse came in and said your dr. wants us to break your water. And after we break it, the contractions will probably come a little closer together, so would you like the epidural. I said sure. The dr. came in broke my water, and then the anesthesiologist came in and administered me and epidural. (It wasn`t as bad as I thought, just burned, but when the tube is out..my back is sore.) My nursed up the pitocin speed and at 10:45 a.m. I called my mom and was like where are you, the nurse checked me and I`m at 7 cm. My mom arrived at about 11 at my contractions were coming every 3 minutes. At 11:30 I dilated to a 9 and the nurses came in and said we are gonna do some practice pushes. My contractions were literally one after another. We did a practice push and they were like hun your gonna have to push harder than that, we do the next one and they were like your doing great, I see her head, then we do two more and they were like she has a lot of hair, they bring me the mirror and I saw where her head was crowned. After those 4 practice pushes Aliviyah decides she wants to come out on her own. The nurse was like she is trying to come and is pushing her head back in waiting for the dr. Well Greg looks at me and says `Awna are you pushing?` I said no, why? All the nurses looked and was like come on she is coming with out the dr. And Aliviyah poked her head out and her hand at the same time. I didn`t push at all. She came out all on her own, and they just pulled her body, then my dr. walks in and stitched me up. I tore naturally. Got 4 stitches. But all is worth it and I felt no pain! Aliviyah was 7 lbs 1 oz and 19 ¾ inches long. She was born at 12 p.m. It was by far the BEST experience I have ever been through, and Greg and I would totally do it all over again. =]"

We didn't throw a her a party because me and her dad thought it would be special if we just did a little family thing for just the four of us. So that is exactly what we did. :) She had a pretty good time.

Her Uncle Corey sent her some pretty amazing gifts! She loves them. One in particular is a lawnmower that plays music and that is by far her favorite. I'm gonna end this post with a few pictures. :)

Here she is loving on her awesome build-a-bear from Uncle Corey. :)

Thanks again Uncle Corey. :)

Playing in her ball pit!

Oh and we taught her to say and show I'm one! :)

Lol...so I also attempted to make her first birthday cake, with the help of her daddy on compliments of doing her name for me.:)

And last but not least, the beautiful birthday girl!

*I'm officially 23*

I turned 23 today. (:

-22 was a pretty amazing year for me, because I was blessed with two of the best gifts life can offer...a gorgeous daughter and a handsome son. :) {{Its insane to me that I had both my babies at 22.}}

This was me last year on my birthday...

I was 37 weeks and 6 days pregnant...and HOPING I would go into labor and have a special little girl share my birthday...but little did I know she would arrive 11 days later. :)

So for my birthday this year I woke up to 3 of the greatest people in my life.
Livi Love gave me a bunch of juicy kisses. <3
Greggy gave me a smile in his sleep. :)
Greg (My love) was the sweetest person today and let it be about me. (:

My parentals and siblings came up and cooked me dinner and then we followed with cake and ice cream.

After they left I wanted a few pictures so me and my Love Bug went outside while daddy played BF2 and Bubbie was sleeping...

So after that picture, I decided we are going to get daddy, since someone was paying attention to everything else.

Here is few pictures we took. :)

I didn't get many photos of Greggy because he was catching up on his Zzzz...
But overall, I had a great birthday. (:
