My Little Greggy - 1 Month!

Today my little star turned ONE month! I still can't believe it. It seems as if yesterday I was pregnant with him, and in reality its been a month. I barely remember the labor and delivery because it all happened so fast.

He is by far the cutest little guy I have ever seen. (I'm bias to it though.) He grunts in his sleep a lot...that part of him came from me. Lol. I use to do that when I was his size. :] The way he wrinkles up his face and sticks out his bottom lip is priceless. Maybe I can capture a photo of it one day. He's already grown so much! At his appointment he weighed 9 pounds 9 ounces and was already 22 inches long! By far though he is just a sweet baby and I can not complain one bit.

Little Greggy loves to be held...and he will notice if you put him down. He can now follow with his eyes if your in front of him. His favorite thing to do at the moment is be walked around the house so he can look around. (I guess he's checking out his new home...def. different from being in the womb for nine l o n g months!) He has the cutest smile, just like his sister. Well I must go, its time to feed him. <3

My Love Bug - 11 Months!

My baby girl is 11 months old today! I remember this time last year so perfectly...Me and the boyfriend anticipating the day our daughter would make her arrival. :]

Watching Livi grow each and everyday is one of many amazing gifts. She is so smart for her age. She is walking great now. :] I hardly ever see her crawl anymore. Her newest thing she likes to do is CLIMB on everything. One brave little girl, I tell ya. :] She is in the process of cutting 5 teeth right now, so by the time they all come in she will have a total of 8 teethers...4 on bottom and 4 on top. :] She is learning lots of words, and when you say something to her she will repeat it back. For example...if you say "horse" she'll say it. :]

Right now we have been working on getting her off of her formula, and on to regular milk, and NO more bottles, and just sippy cups. The transition will be okay once we switch to regular milk, because she loves her sippy with a straw, but the night time bottle is the hardest we will probably have to break. But maybe not, since lately when its bedtime, we just lay her down, turn the lights off...and she's out. :]

She is also loving the fact that she has a baby brother. I know, your probably wondering how do you know what your "ll month old" thinks. Well...we do! She gets up in the morning and usually gives him kisses. The other night we were about to head to bed, and me and her daddy will bite her toes. :] Well she grabbed "Bubbie's" toes and tried to do the same thing we do to her, but hers consisted of opening her mouth and letting a little slobber drip on his toes. :] Lol...then she looks toward him like, "Aren't you going to laugh?" Moments like those just melt my heart. I'm excited to watch them grow. :]


I do know that she has attitude already. We might not comprehend everything she says, but when we tell her "No", she babbles a whole mouth full at us. Hahah...Its hilarious for now.

We've been planning her FIRST birthday party, and its gonna be bittersweet. I know they say time flies, but it truly does even more when you have a little one your watching grow. :]

Things that make me S M I L E ;]

I don't have much to blog about, because pictures are worth more than a thousand words and of course I have some pictures to post. :] As you read from the title, this is a few things that make me smile!

My boyfriend amazes me in many different ways. I love how he would do anything to please our daughter. :] Check this out!...

And Livi Love is just the sweetest big sister ever. I really didn't think she would understand having a little brother since she is only almost 11 months old. I really shouldn't have doubted her, because she amazes me. Me or Greg will say give bubbie a kiss, and she will kiss him! I have yet to catch it on camera, because every time I pull the camera out, she focuses on that. :] But randomly throughout the day, she'll walk to her brother and just give him tons of kisses. :] And of course that will make anyone smile! I did manage to capture a photo of her holding him. :]

Then there are the little things that make me smile...
Livi will start to cry when someone leaves or the front door is being shut. I guess she likes to be outside. So we opened a window for her in her play room and she goes to it and looks out it all day long. :]



And of course my little man amazes me too! The sweet faces he makes along with the forehead wrinkles. (I adore those). The softest little cry, his grunts and sounds. I could go on. :]



And most of all the love I have for my boyfriend. :] I can tell him over and over how much I love him and for the two blessing we have together. Here is a picture from 08. We were together for 2 months in the photo. :] Oh how times have changed and look how far we have come!

Livi Love and The Bear!

Livi, you have an uncle that lives out in AZ and he doesn't get to see you as often as we'd like, so we send him a million cajillion photos. :] You are his first niece, and he is spoiling you already. :]

Uncle Corey sent you the cutest most hug-able bear and you LOVE it! You carry it around with you down the hall, sleep with it, and you even manage to get in the box with it before we could even get it out. :]
